Wellness ProgramThe Wellness Program benefits employees and their families by providing tools and educational information to improve physical and mental health, reduce stress, create healthy habits, and promote preventative care.
The program includes webinars hosted by Hamilton’s Human Resources department. The webinars are an educational tool, providing information regarding insurance benefits, physical and mental health resources, and personal finances. Fitness Challenges and activities are a big part of the program. The Fitness Challenges will occur multiple times yearly and are designed to encourage friendly competition to help reach fitness goals. |

To attend, each employee will receive an email with a Teams meeting invitation in advance of the meeting date. |
Fitness ChallengesSign up as a team or participate on your own. Our first challenge will be six weeks long. Participants choose physical activities (hiking, biking, walking, running, swimming, fishing, yoga, weightlifting, jumping rope, etc.) and track their activity minutes.
Before our first challenge begins, each employee will receive an email with a link to register for the challenge. We encourage family members to participate too! Detailed information regarding tracking your minutes will be included in the email employees receive before the challenge begins. |
